When I launch the app on the NVIDIA SHIELD Pro (2019), a loading circle shows briefly, followed by a blank white screen. I have reinstalled the app, cleared storage and cache, rebooted and power cycled the device to no avail.

I had been using the app with no issues for a couple years, and am only now experiencing this after a factory reset on my SHIELD. Any suggestions?
