Scroll controller card into view when it connects

When a new controller is added and maybe also when it connects in general, we should scroll it into view.

Right now the most common way to connect a controller is to click on its header bar. This requires it to be in view. However, with the new addhost hash action and also when adding new controllers to generally long lists of controllers, the new / connected controller might be off screen after the action completes. A better user experience probably is to scroll the controller into view as it's drawer opens.
