HbbTV supports HEVC but validator doesn’t allow HEVC in HbbTV checks

HbbTV specification supports HEVC, e.g. 7.3.1 includes references to e.g. HEVC_HD_25_8 and HEVC_HD_25_10.

However Validator raises:

HbbTV check violated Section E.2.1 The video content referenced by MPD shall only be encoded using video codec defined in 7.3.1 (AVC), but ‘hev1.2.4.L153.90’ found for representation 1 of Adaptation Set in Period 1
