Brief summary

Atheros QCA6174 behind ASMedia ASM1806 switch isn't always detected. This WiFi card also throws a lot of AER errors when ASPM L0s is enabled.

How reproducible

~50%?

How to reproduce

Boot system and check in output of lspci if the card is detected.

Expected behavior

Card is detected 100% of times.

Actual behavior

Sometimes card isn't detected, in other cases it is, but due to disabled hot-plug it can't be assigned resources.

Additional context

This also happens with AMI firmware, although it seems to be marginally better there (maybe I was just lucky).
