Atheros QCA6174 behind ASMedia ASM1806 switch isn't always detected. This WiFi card also throws a lot of AER errors when ASPM L0s is enabled.

Boot system and check in output of lspci if the card is detected.
lspci
Card is detected 100% of times.
Sometimes card isn't detected, in other cases it is, but due to disabled hot-plug it can't be assigned resources.
This also happens with AMI firmware, although it seems to be marginally better there (maybe I was just lucky).
