Personal access tokens are cool, but they do not allow attenuated sharing to a good degree

A service could exist so that :

you share coarse-grained access to the service
the service let you create finer-grain access

Finer-grained as in:

restrict access to only some chosen repos
restrict write access to only some branches
restrict write access to only some files
give access only for some time/until some date/time
revoke access manually
