It looks like it has stopped working... does anyone know if google is blocking iframes in web receivers now?

Not as far as I know, but sites can stipulate that they not be loaded in an iframe.

This similar project is still working: https://github.com/google/generic-webdriver-server/tree/main/backends/chromecast

Here are the docs on iframe limitations: https://github.com/google/generic-webdriver-server/tree/main/backends/chromecast

https://www.google.com/, for example, will not allow itself to be loaded into an iframe.
