你好，我想为DBC网络添加算力，但部署过程遇到些困难，查询文档没有相关解释。
1、功能节点和客户端节点都需要绑定公网IP吗？我们没有足够的公网IP，有其他方式可以替代吗？比如反向代理
2、对外需要暴露哪些端口？功能节点的 http?功能节点的 tcp?客户端节点的 http?客户端节点的 tcp?
3、执行完上链请求后一段时间，machine_status 是 AddingCustomizeInfo: null，而且是 refused_machine，我想了解哪里出了问题，请问应该怎么排查？
