The add_dbc_user.sh file cannot be downloaded, and is actively hamstringing adoption of DBC for those attempting to set up compute nodes. Issue is urgent and needs to be addressed immediately. Apologies if this is not the right place for this issue, but it needs to be addressed. tagging @deepbraindeveloper and @ytvchsy as they seem to contribute most frequently.
