Feature Request: VR support on Linux, SteamVR, or Monado

Would love to be able to play this in VR. I'm working on PSVR2 reverse engineering for adding Linux support. Planning to use Monado or SteamVR to support the headset under Linux. Would love to experience Descent 3 in VR.

Hey, thanks for opening this issue. FYI @tophyr started working towards VR support a few months ago, he's likely the most informed person out there about VR. I believe the plan was to integrate OpenXR, so it should work with Monado. I personally don't have this kind of hardware, but it would be very cool to see this happen!
