The portal login prompt asks for the “User eMail Address” as a part of the login. In my environment, my users eMail addresses are from 10 different domains.
All users have a common UPN ID - [email protected]. This is what our AD Integration is using.
Could that prompt be modified to read “Enter your Login name” or removed, in order to overcome confusion of unsophisticated users?
I did not see an option for this sort of customization in the admin portal. If it is not there, that would be a wonderful feature to have.
