Integration with REWST to support the most used RPA by MSPs

It would significantly streamline processing of tickets & automation.

Example : Since Deskdirector can already collect all information for onboarding/offboardings, parsing that information to REWST with action the onboarding/offboarding process, without any technician intervension

Even something as simple as changing a phone on DUO, could be automated with DeskDirector integration with REWST. Almost all MSP tools are integrated with REWST | Manage, Office 365, DUO, Meraki, Automate, Active Directory, ADSync, GSuite, SentinelOne etc…DD is the missing component)

Agreed! Just came across this after I posted.

This is the biggest feature missing from DD for us. Rewst support tried engaging DD last year before they took off, but wasn’t getting much communication from them

It would have been a game changer, but DD seems to only implement things that benefit their MSP, or doesn’t have the resource's anymore.

I would be willing to pay more for them to hire a developer to work on the integration, as it doesn’t make sense to use power automate when rewst integrates into everything out of the box, and eliminates having to create power automate connections on each tenant
