Allow viewers to bid for whom they want the Gold Saucer date to include.

!date barret 100 - add gil to barret
!date - show current bids

Notes:

  • Need to be constantly overwriting the affection values to prevent in-game changes (not frequent)
  • Stop bidding and writing after the date happens (what Game Moment signals this?)
