IMP: We are deprecating our hooks package #319

After a few months of work on web3-ui and having quite a few people try out our packages, it is clear to me that our strengh is our library of components and not our hooks. There are way better alternatives like wagmi. Recently as we were developing our hooks, they were becoming more & more like wagmi or eth-hooks.

Instead of re-inventing the wheel, we will be deprecating our hooks and stopping developing them. Anyone who wants to still use them is more than welcome to do so. For the next version of web3-ui, we will be using wagmi's hooks.
