This release contains an executable file name EnKF_WIN.exe and a bash file named EnKF_LNX for updating discretized variables in numerical models using observed data. An example data set of updating parameter values (permeability) in a geological model using flow rate data of injected fluid (sea water) rate ate well locations is provided as an example data set. The provided data sets perform the EnKF updates for the first assimilation step. The steps to run the code can be found in the README.txt file within the release.
