i18's vfm and hfm appear to use different IOCs. hfm is compatible with our existing KBMirror, but the vfm has different fields. A device class for the vfm should be created, and i18 should make use of it.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A device class has been made with the important readable/settable fields of the IOC
  • An instance of the device class is in the i18 beamline module
  • The instance in the i18 beamline module connects as part of dodal connect
