Calculating Polarity Score

How is the polarity score in the fpocket output (pocket*_atm.pdb) calculated? The documentation says it is a mean of all residue scores based on a preset table, but adding up the binary residues (0-apolar & 1-polar)/total does not add up the the output stated in my files. Is there something that I am missing? Thank you!
