With the final release of TransitManager 1.3.0, it is mostly at a state where I would consider it done and move on.
This means that the project will no longer be maintained nor ported to MTR 4.0.
In an ideal world, I would envision debug tools like these to come with MTR and be accessible with a GUI rather than commands, so this might be worth considering instead of straight up porting this project to MTR 4.
Of course being licensed under MIT, nothing prevents you from doing whatever you want with it :)
