In order to finish #33 we'll need an API to save a booking...

Came across this today, which might be useful when checking it doesn't overlap with an existing booking: https://hakibenita.com/postgresql-unknown-features#find-overlapping-ranges (would need to check it's available on sqlite too, obv)
