Multicurrency module sync with currencylayer but do not create entries in the DB

Bug

The Multi-currency module sync correctly with currencylayer but do not create entries in the DB.
Clicking over the button "Synchronize" in the module Multi-currency, is returned a message explaining the sync was correct,and also in Currencylayer dashboard the counter of API calls is incremented, and there is no logs in Dolibarr folder.
So everything seems to work well, but the problem is that is not added any new entry with the new values synchronized in the TAB "Rate list".

MySQL or MariaDB 10.6.21-MariaDB

Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior

Go to module multicurrency, click over the button "Synchronize" and observe that there is no new entries with the answer of Currencylayer aded in the TAB "Rate list"

@edupulpillo i don't have your problem, can you upgrade your dolibarr with 20.0.4 and check again ?
