I am using Home Assistant Superviser and can't install it.

@usajet you should be using https://github.com/Disane87/spoolman-homeassistant for home-assistant integration.

It requires HACS as it is installed through it.

What would be the host?

The host would be your home assistant environment still as its the one that would be running the service
