I’m not sure what the translated from column is supposed to mean. A tooltip might help

Feedback I received privately. Solutions:

tooltip (as suggested)
remove column/data (if deemed unnecessary/superfluous)
find a better way to represent translations of a document (did think about for an hour a while ago, no simple solution came forth)
