M997 B# S3 fails to update the bootloader on a TOOL1LC running firmware 3.5.0-rc.1. This may also affect the EXP1XD.

Problem was insufficient RAM to hold the bootloader. Fixed by allocating the CAN tasks in dynamic memory.
