Language reference has a "summary-tables" unreachable from the nav #57

The language reference has the following in its nav, but the 'summary-tables' isn't a section reachable from nav:

System Functions:
- Introduction: system-functions/introduction.md
- System Functions Categorised:
  - Introduction: system-functions/summary-tables/system-functions-categorised.md
  - System Settings:
    - Introduction: system-functions/summary-tables/system-settings.md
    - State Settings:
      - Comparison Tolerance: system-functions/ct.md

A hang-over from the old system's disparity between URL and ToC I failed to fix:
