ValueError: Length mismatch: Expected axis has 0 elements, new values have 2 elements

If no specialism attributes are added the empty list then breaks the app. Attributes cannot then be added without adding some directly to the Neo4J DB (using SET). To resolve this the defaults needs to be applied if the list is = 0.
