Issue Description

Converting Hack moist conversion used in convect_shallow to CCPP:
physics/cam/hk_conv.F90

  • mfinti initialization of data for moist convection
  • cmfmca Hack shallow conversion
  • supporting routines scattered in convect_shallow.F90
