I can confirm, here has this bug too. Collection Community Sticker Capsule 1 has stickers from Berlin 2019.

Apparently the category Berlin 2019 is within the category Community Sticker Capsule 1

I guess it remains like that since I've seen the author more active in the cfx community working on FiveM

No problem, just for registration and who knows some developer can fix it, since the author accepts PR just try to correct and send. Unfortunately my programming knowledge has a limit, I couldn't fix it.
