Missing obs data set #2138

My log file shows an error indicating that the observation data set was not found but the file exists. What can be wrong?

Here are some things to check :

Check that the obs file path in the config file is the same as the location of the obs data files.
The next thing is to check if you have read access to that directory and the files. Sometimes the files could be in a shared space on a server for which you need to apply access for.
Next thing is to check if the details about the data are correctly specified in your recipe ( tier, version and time - start and end year). See Naming convention for observation files for more details.
