不能直接支持WPF，还得用回vlc #20

希望可以直接支持wpf项目，wpf的窗口和winform窗口不太一样，vlc用共享内存实现了一版wpf的vlc，winform直接用封装好的库刷窗口，wpf做不到，估计还得把帧数据或者和vlc一样有一个直接拿到img图像的方法
