EasyPlayPro 功能建议
1、提供一个函数接口有来检测当前硬件是否支持硬解码
2、提供一个函数接口实现单帧倒放功能。
3、在暂停情况下，也可以调用libEasyPlayerPro_SeekFile接口，以实现精确定位。目前版本在暂停情况下，调用libEasyPlayerPro_SeekFile接口无效。
