An analysis in R was made to understand the activity of COVID-19 in Mexican patients suffering from various morbidities (diabetes, pneumonia, asthma, etc.), graphs were made about deaths by age, deaths by morbidities and deaths over time, the latter demonstrated the efficacy of the vaccination campaigns.
