Add a feature to automatically save and load user preferences with Google Drive.

Automatically load when the user accesses the page and is already signed in.
When logging in, prompt to save or load.
- Display a summary of existing preferences and new preferences (marker count, editor contents, etc).
While logged in, save on a regular basis (1 minute).
Keep the manual save and load buttons in place.
