Music Player doesn't cycle to next song in the menu

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the menu
2. Listen to the music through or click the next button
3. Music player breaks

Expected behavior
The game goes to the next song

Might be related to both ini and json files being in the song folder since those seem to generally have issues?

ah yep, broken in the menu refactor. it should reload/pick a new song, but it doesnt because i fucked up the code. same thing happens with the background in the music library
