[feature] Optional Hidden Commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Treat registered commands as aliases in the sense that when you attempt to type it out- it will autofill / appear. However, the general list of commands won't show the command when you just type "/"

Potentially add this as an optional parameter when registering the command?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Frankly, this is NOT a priority feature. We can just let the commands remain as it is. I just think it would help reduce clutter and reduce lag for when you have 10s and eventually 100s of commands registered (if you have a ton of plugins or just really large plugins).
