Transmogrification 1.2.6

When inside the transmog UI the exit button and enable/disable button ends up with unnecessary duplicate menu entries. All menu entries work as expected, they are just superfluous. Turning the plugin on and off can add more duplicate menu entries, but this is not consistent (at least I don't know which exact step is triggering it).
Edit: the other buttons started duplicating their menu entries too.
