Reported redshift

Report the mean redshift of the chosen band to the user. This should incorporate effects such as the uneven periodic window function and placement of flagged frequencies.

This probably deserves its own function for clarity. It could even have a brief check to make sure the redshift band isn't too large i.e. noncosmological.
