Need doc for how to use the tool in VS Code. Should not assume familiarity with VS Code. Should include how to create a modeling project, editor / IDE features - both generic and UDDL specific (content assist, outline/ tree view, hover support, linking between model elements, syntax highlighting (and how to adjust it), editor templates (including the standard ones supplied), how to generate artifacts (from opened or unopened files), working with multiple model files, etc.

Should include installation & setup (including prereqs) , known issues, change long, notation conventions, target audience, links to reference specs, how to report bugs,

Grammar examples necessitate explaining how to read XText grammars.
