Need doc for how to use the tool in that is common across all editors. Should not assume familiarity with any specific editor. How much to put here depends entirely on how much is common across editors.

Should includeknown issues, change long, notation conventions, target audience, links to reference specs, how to report bugs,

Grammar examples necessitate explaining how to read XText grammars.
