Sometimes file paths are painfully long. The path is truncated in the web viewer because usually it's the end of the path that is interesting. (This makes selection painful as the right-to-left character makes the browser mess up if the full line is to be selected.)
However, there are projects where the folder layout is so messed up that there are parts of the path of the file that is wholly interesting.
Implement either a tooltip on the file name in the bug viewer. But it would be much better if by clicking on the file name (or some copy pictogram) the whole file path excluding the LTR/RTL characters! would be copied to the user's clipboard.
