Contribution guidelines

If you are participating in the SCOTT project:

  1. File an issue explaining steps to reproduce a bug or a rationale for new functionality before working on a pull request. Be sure to CC @konstantino.
  2. Open a PR request and assign @konstantino to review it.

If you are NOT participating in the SCOTT project, start by filing an issue explaining steps to reproduce a bug or a rationale for new functionality before working on a pull request and ask @konstantino how to proceed.
