Behavior

The SceneView will appear when you adjust the camera.

Steps to Reproduce

1.In ArcGIS Runtime SDK 100.15, there is no noticeable center point shift when performing map operations such as zooming in the SceneView.
2.However, in version 200.2, performing similar map operations in the SceneView results in a significant center point shift. How can this be resolved? Is this a known issue?
3.Alternatively, is there a way to adjust gesture sensitivity or configure gesture sensitivity settings?
