Bug: Sample "Edit features using feature forms" displays no feature form

Description of bug

In the Kotlin Sample named Edit features using feature forms,

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch app on device or in Android Emulator.
2. Tap a place in downtown San Diego, say a restaurant. When the user taps on a place (say, a restaurant), nothing happens: no feature form displays.
3. RESULT: Nothing happens: no feature form displays.

EXPECTED RESULT: The feature form editor (a bottom sheet) should rise from the bottom of the screen.
