Block deployment of solution if Hub Events is not already created in org #1120

Like we don't allow deployment of a solution that utilizes Hub Premium if the org the logged in user belongs to does not have Hub Premium, extend this idea, if the solution is using Hub Events in any other information product the solution will not be able to deploy if Hub Events is not already activated.

Brandi is tasked to set up a meeting with people on the Hub Team to discuss this in detail. Will include Chris Fox, Andy Shoemaker and Dan Wickens from Solutions Team.
