Downloads Folder Button in "Browse for File" pop-up from Library does not work if Downloads Folder is not in C:/ Drive.

My downloads folder is assigned to be stored over in my D:/ Drive instead, but the shortcut to navigate to it in the specified menu, any import menu, the one which looks like so (files blocked out for privacy):

I use windows, and have assigned my downloads folder in here instead of the default location.

I'm not certain myself how exactly this part of the UI is built but I am aware there are similar / same file pickers in other Plugins, for example Penumbra, the one which looks like so (again, most file names painted out for privacy):

I have verified that this is not a bug in Penumbra's / Glamourer's own version and the Downloads shortcut successfully navigates to my actual Downloads folder.

Update: After adding the Downloads folder as a Libary location, the shortcut now works seemingly.
