Is there a way to host my instance on render?

Hi,
I have two questions?
Is the "turn.seized.live" link down?
and is there a way for me to host this on render.com? Because i tried and i get this error when trying to solve:

playwright._impl._api_types.Error: Executable doesn't exist at /opt/render/.cache/ms-playwright/firefox-1422/firefox/firefox

Check playwright is actually installed and has the correct permissions. If not reinstall and verify location of install.

https://turn.seized.live - leads to the github repo doesnt lead to anywhere else.
