Currently, it's really hard to build this project from ground up. Things that have to be done:

Refactor project so as to make it build comparatively easily.
Add changed files to version control (VrGUI part, changes marked with [CHANGED])

More unstaged changes:

added up-to-date libs from https://github.com/nothings/stb because buggy (probably should use a more sophisticated lib)
had to change VrAppFramework\Projects\AndroidPrebuilt\jni\Android.mk to not use the prebuilt libs (2.02)
