Action Performed:

1. Submit a expense report to a workspace
2. Approve a submitted expense as approver
3. Submit a report in submit and close approval mode
4. Paid a expense report

Expected Result:

Should have options for the following:

• Undo submission of an expense
• Undo approval of an expense report
• Reopen a closed report
• Cancel payment on an expense that has been marked as paid
• Delete an expense that has previously been submitted, approved, and marked as paid

Actual Result:

No options to revert the actions
