ProposalPlease re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue. The sub-rate title is too small when no value is selected. What is the root cause of that problem? When the value isn't selected, we conditionally apply a small style to the label text. App/src/components/ValuePicker/index.tsx Line 31 in 0b6d1a0
This happens to every ValuePicker. The logic was first introduced in #29923 because it's too big when a value is selected, but MenuItem now already handles it, so that the font size is small when a value is selected, and normal when it's not selected. @Expensify/design can you confirm this is accurate and worth fixing? Thanks |
Yeah, that's definitely a bug and we should fix it. I have no idea how or why that happens though with our push row component - we should try to fix this in a way where we make sure that any time a push row doesn't have a value, the label gets the correct size treatment. |
