Fixed loop when auth codes were incorrect

Fixed:

• When email or two-factor code was incorrect it would get stuck in a loop
• It will now ask if you want to save the password after you have fully logged in
• The only command available is now being printed to console. Thanks to user 'Hunting Rifle' for pointing that out!

Refactored code and did stuff

I've cleaned up the code and changed a lot, however it still works the same.
But for those who are more interested in the structure of the program, then this update is for you!

You're now also able to appear online if you want.
I would recommend downloading this version.

Edit: Fixed crash and the forces games. I shouldn't code at 5 in the morning. :(

Edit: Removed GUI version from release. It's broken and I don't know when I can be arsed to fix it, so I would recommend using the console version. It's much better. :)
