[Multi-monitor] "Do not enforce brightness in full-screen" stops working upon monitor focus loss #37

Steps to reproduce:

Open a full-screen window on a monitor
It doesn't dim
Click a window on the other monitor
Now that screen dims with the full-screen window

I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
Can you send a log generated like this:

Enable Debug in the extension's settings.
Disable all extensions but Soft Brightness.
Logout.
Log back in.
Send the output of journalctl -S '5 minutes ago'.
