Adverse Events API limit per call

Hello, I have build an app that uses the API to pull Adverse Event Records based on manufacturre, brandname, or the ;product code, my hunch is that with each call we are limited to pulling 1k records, is this the actual limit or is there a way to get more records back per API call?
